La Balma underwent renovations in the autumn of 2021 to guarantee maximum safety and comfort in a structure with a 250-year history. La Balma in fact has a truly unique history, the external structure dates back to 1773. Initially the structure was located near the lake of the Fairies, in Val Quarazza, but then to give life to this characteristic hut it was adapted to build the chalet.
